My career began by mastering Canada's financial ecosystem, from complex tax law to structuring multi-million dollar construction financing. This deep expertise became a powerful "Tool Box" when I relocated to Mexico.
Identifying a critical gap in secure financing for foreigners, I became the first Canadian to earn a Federal Mortgage Brokerage Certification in Mexico, pioneering a new standard of security and transparency.
Today, as Co-Founder & CFO of Next Fit LLC, I lead what I call "Real Estate 2.0" — a global, client-centric approach that replaces the outdated model with a data-driven, analytical process aligned with each client's journey to financial freedom.
